All prices quoted on this website are correct as at December 2009 but are subject to change without notice. Prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST. Postage & packaging are in addition to quoted prices.

Colours are a guide only and may change from dye batch to dye batch.

Payment is required from new customers by cheque or direct debit at time of ordering. Payment by Visa available for orders over $100.

INFORMATION

Colour

Every effort has been made to present colour as accurately as possible on this site. However, depending on the monitor you are using and the some colour variation may occur.

Shipping - New Zealand

We deliver to all New Zealand addresses. We will email you to advise when your order leaves. Delivery is normally 3-5 working days. Please note that, for security reasons, we do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.

Shipping - International

Our international shipping charge covers packaging, freight and insurance, but does not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country. As customs policies vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be for your country. We suggest that you check whether customs duty tax will apply to your order with your local customs agents prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot credit any goods returned to us due to unpaid duties.

We use New Zealand Post. Deliveries to Australia take up to 5-7 working days, all other countries take up to 2 weeks.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to in the condition you received it, within 7 days for a full refund. We cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us. Proof of postage is not sufficient.

If we sent the incorrect item/s or you find a fault, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost, and replaced with the correct item/s.

Currency Conversion Rates

Currency conversion rates are available online and are your responsibility.

Tax

All NZD prices include 12.5% GST, which is payable only on orders to NZ delivery addresses.
